Chaffey Learning Exchange
The Chaffey Learning Exchange was a concept developed in the Riverland by a forward-thinking group of local champions who saw the need to make higher education more accessible.
The Chaffey Learning Exchange was originally conceived as a high-tech location, however the development of mobile internet allowed the concept to morph into a new model that used group learning to overcome the barriers of learning in isolation.
The Chaffey Learning Exchange champions have endorsed this shift in delivery mode, and are delighted to give their name to the community online university.
The Chaffey Learning Exchange is auspiced by the Riverland Horticultural Council (GrowSmart) and School & Beyond Inc.
Our project partners include the Department for Education and Child Development, Charles Darwin University, TAFE SA, Flinders University, Australian Landscape Trust, Renmark Paringa Council, Trade Schools for the Future, and Tolley's Nurseries - with funding through the South Australian River Murray Sustainability Regional Development and Innovation Fund.
